Over Punta Prima 3
The apartment is located in the Panorama Park of Punta Prima. Punta Prima is situated approximately 5 km south of Torrevieja on the southern Costa Blanca, about 45 km south of Alicante. The area is characterized by beautifully designed subtropical gardens which fit the environment perfectly and are adapted to the climate. In the gardens you will find two teardrop-shaped swimming pools which are for use by the Panorama Park guests. From the pool you have a beautiful view of the sea as the apartment complex is situated slightly higher than the coast. The swimming pools are child-friendly and have a maximum depth of 1.80 meters. They are surrounded by a lawn where you can sunbathe. With its relaxed atmosphere, this park is an ideal place for relaxation! There is 24 hour security in and around the park.
Interior
This apartment is located on the ground floor. It is equipped with all the conveniences for a pleasant stay. The accommodation consists of a spacious living room with an open kitchen. The living room is equipped with luxurious furniture, TV with DVD player and a radio/CD player. Regular Dutch, French and German channels available. The kitchen has everything necessary for cooking. The bathroom has a tub and separate shower. In addition to the bathroom there is a spacious toilet with a bidet. Here you will also find a washer / dryer. The bungalow has a large bedroom furnished with a double bed, a bunk bed (retractable) for 2 persons. This is a comfortable appartment for quiet vacations, but it is also pleasant to spend the wintermonths here because of the location on the south with a lot of sunshine.
Surroundings
The area radiates serenity, but there is also plenty to experience. In Punta Prima there are two beaches and several restaurants, all no more than 10 minutes away on foot. The largest beach and the Punta Prima Restaurant are easy to reach. The Terrace Restaurant has a wonderful view of the sea and here there is always a wonderfully refreshing breeze. The restaurant has a varied cuisine, both Spanish and northern European. On the small square in front of the restaurant, and on the small boulevard, there are many pedestrians. If you go down the stairs from the small boulevard you will reach the Punta Prima beach. If you leave the apartment from the left, you will come to a small sandy beach of about 100 meters in length which is surrounded by a low group of rocks. In the sea you will also find rocks, so snorkeling is also quite popular. In the vicinity of the beach there is the 'Nautilus' Restaurant with a large terrace offering a view of the sea. The kitchen is mostly addressed to northern Europeans, so you will eat well! You can easily walk to restaurants, bars, shops and terraces from the accommodation. On the coastal road N 332 there is a cash machine. A bridge leads to the supermarket. In the morning take a 5 minutes walk for a wonderful baguette!

Conditions of the landlord:
The accomodation can be booked with an additional person. In that case you are obliged to rent an extra bed or childbed. Please inform Bungalow.net directly after making your booking so the owner can be informed timely. A maximum of one small pet is included. Larger pets on request. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. You can smoke only on the balcony. Transfer costs one way: ⬠45,- from Alicante. In case of a transfer please inform us by mobile phone and provide us with the flight details. Prices for carrental on request. Please give us a call as soon as you arrive in Alicante, so we can be prepared for your arrival. Before your departure please inform us of your exact departure time so that we can be present to receive the keys and to inspect the accommodation. You will be welcomed with a bottle of local wine and some bottles of water, soft drinks and beer to start your holidays conveniently.You can dispose of your garbage in the containers along the street at the front of the residents. If something goes wrong or any of the equipment does not work, please contact us. In order to improve our service, we would ask that you inform us if you find that anything is lacking in the apartment which could be useful.Please water the flower boxes. We ask that you treat the house as if it were your own and in return we will do everything necessary to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
