This is a wonderful and spacious bungalow in the mountain Gata de Gorgos with capacity for 6 people. It has a lovely private garden and a communal pool; the perfect place for those who look for a relaxing holiday. This 3-storey house has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, a walk-in closet and access to a balcony where you will find to sun lounges; one with a trundle bed and one with twin beds. There are two bathrooms, one with bath tub and one with shower. The living-dining room is equipped with table and chairs, 3 comfy sofas and TV. Sit down and relax having a glass of wine or have a little nap! The kitchen is equipped with blender, juice maker, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, cutlery, fridge with freezer and a lot more. There are also washing machine, iron and ironing board. The exteriors are really nice: let the kids play in the fenced garden, have dinner under the furnished porch or go out to the communal pools where you will be able to enjoy your summers with the whole family. This house is located in a quiet residential area in Gata de Gorgos, around 4 km from town. Xabia is located 10 km away; there you will find many shops, gastronomy and leisure offer, as well as the beach of Arenal. NOTE: We donât accept groups of people under 25 years old. We need copies of the passports of all guests to accept the booking.
