The Villa Miramar is a new semi-detached three bedroom house with private pool and a splendid view onto the sea located only 500 metres from the beach. There are some restaurants at 100 metres, a supermarket and other shops at 500 metres and the Alcanada golf court at a distance of about 600 metres. The beautiful house is situated in a quiet villa estate and provides a lot of space for a wonderful holiday. On the ground floor you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with satellite TV and a comfortable settee. From the living room you step out onto one of the terraces to enjoy your delicious breakfast or diner with a gorgeous view onto the sea. One floor below, you'll find, a bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, two bedrooms with twin beds each, and a bathroom. From the two bedrooms facing the seaside you can access the second terrace and pool (4 m x 6 m x 1.7 m) which are both located on this level. And finally, one floor below this level, you'll find a leisure room with billiards and darts and a washing room with a washing machine. The Villa is ideal for families or a group of friends.
