The house is located on the quiet outside of La Marina village, in the urbanization of ''Marinadelmar'', in the province of Alicante. In front of the house there is a beautifully planted garden where you can also park your car. The shared pool of the suburb is about 100 meters away. Santa Pola and Guardamar, with its large seaside promenade, are less then 10 minutes away by car. The city of Alicante and the airport can be reached via the N332 and are about 30 minutes by car from the house.
