It is located 3 km from La Grava sand beach. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood in a residential complex. The municipal area of Javea is crescent shaped and is located between the Capes of Gata and La Nao. It occupies an area of 68.4 km². Its coordinates are 38º 47' 40'' North and 0º 9' 90'' East. The coast of Javea has a varied landscape, which extends over a length of 25 km. In general, the land of the area is very uneven. The flat areas are composed of alluvial deposits, fertile lands, which are ideal for the cultivation of grapes, almonds, olives and oranges. The mountainous areas are covered by extensive pine forests.
Javea's climate, like the rest of the Costa Blanca, is characterized by a temperate climate: the Montgo Mountain protects from the cold in winter and the breezes temper the heat in summer. The average annual temperature is 16.5 º.
