This property features views of the village, the mountains and it can comfortably accommodate 10 people. The propertyâs exterior area is fantastic. It has 1 10x4 chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 2m. Around the pool you can relax in one of the 8 sunbeds available to you and protect yourself from the sun under 1 of the 3 umbrellas during the hottest days. That area also features 1 outdoor shower where you can cool off and rinse the poolâs chlorine from your body. As a whole, the property has a 150m2 paved area and a 900m2 private lawn area, which is fenced-in and surrounded by a variety of trees such as carob trees, palm trees, pine trees and olive trees. In the garden area there is a garden shed where the fixed barbecue is located. Thanks to the barbecue you will be able to dazzle your guests with your outdoor culinary creations. This terrace is on the 1st F and is ideal to share lunches and dinners with your loved ones, as it is protected by the shade of the surrounding pine trees. In the same terrace area, right in front of it, you have access to a fantastic 20m2 furnished porch with direct access to the homeâs living room, and where you can enjoy snacks with family and friends. The privacy of this property is partial and it offers you 6 spaces to park vehicles. Upon entering the house, you will find the comfortable living room with an air conditioning unit and a fireplace. This room is ideal for you to relax watching satellite TV, listening to music or reading a good book. The dining room provides you a unique space to share endless after-eating conversations with your friends and family. The kitchen has everything you need to please your guests, including electric stove. The homeâs laundry area is located on the terrace and it features 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are 5 bedrooms available to you in the house, 3 of them located on the GF and the other 2 on the basement. From the 2 basement bedrooms, 1 of them has 1 double bed and 1 fireplace, and the other one 2 single beds. From the GF bedrooms, 2 of them have 2 single beds, and the other one 1 double bed. All rooms have closets. As a whole, the property offers you seven radiators, 1 crib for younger children, 1 air conditioning unit in the living room, and all the homeâs windows have anti-bug screens. This property has a total of 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are located on the GF (1 with a bathtub and 1 washroom) and 1 in the basement with a bathtub. Xavia has a varied landscape and rugged terrain. Its rich natural heritage has several protected areas such as 1 Natural Park, 1 Marine Reserve and 6 Micro Plant Reserves. To enjoy discovering everything this environment has, they have enabled different hiking trails and viewpoints. Some of the best hiking trails are the Natural Park of Montgo, the Marine Reserve of the Cap de Sant Antoni, Portitxol Bay and the Granadella Forest Park. In addition, every Thursday between 8:30h and 14:00h the weekly market takes place in the Constitution square and in the Convent square.
