Welcome to this lovely villa with pool and fantastic views to the port of Xábia. It is situated in the area of Trencall. The villa of 220m is built on a plot of 2.500 m and has capacity for 8 people. This one-storey house is distributed in 4 bedrooms: one with double bed, while the other three have two single beds each. The villa has two bathrooms: one with bathtub and one with shower. Enjoy the peacefulness of the area in the living room furnished with comfy couches, where you can relax, have a nap or luxuriate in marvellous sea views. The kitchen is equipped with blender, coffee machine, toaster, juice maker, microwave, gas stove, electric oven, fridge with freezer, cutlery and a lot more. There are also washing machine, iron and ironing board. The exterior of the house is wonderful: go out to the terrace, sunbathe, swim in the 80 m2 pool, have a barbecue with beautiful views or enjoy a dinner in the open air. A 700 m-sized lawn area is a perfect place for children to play, for you to swim or relax in the sun. You will find also a parking space for three cars. Pets are allowed up to 12 kg. The villa is located in a quiet residential area 4 km from Xábia and 1 km from Granadella Forest Park, where you can go for strolls and admire the beautiful views of shores and cliffs up to the Castle of La Granadella. Another âmust seeâ point is the Cala Granadella, one of the best coves for diving and snorkelling. This cove is annually awarded with a blue flag as a sign of its cleanliness and safe waters. You can also do a canoes or kayak trips around the cove. Xábia has a varied landscape and a rugged terrain which has been shaped over the centuries by the influence of the sea and wind. Its coastline is a succession of bays and beaches, cliffs, islands, coves and headlands. Its rich natural heritage features several reserves like the Natural Park or the Marine Reserve which offer different hiking trails and viewpoints.
