This nice and completely furnished freestanding house is located in the urbanization of El Raso directly at the coast of Guardamar with its beautiful and long sandy beaches. On the urbanization there is a swimming pool that's open all year round (not heated). The accommodation is well equipped and nicely furnished, suitable for a stay in both summer and winter. The house has air-conditioning (warm and cold) in all rooms. You'll find various shops and dining facilities in the area. The village of Guardamar offers many facilities such as a boulevard, a weekly and evening market, supermarket, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, internet café, post office, bus stop etc. It's located at a 3km distance. Smoking is prohibited in the building and 1 pet is allowed. Just outside the district a lively tourist market is held each Sunday. We advise a (rental) car.
