Welcome to this lovely apartment for 5 people just in front of the harbour in Denia. The apartment is completely remodelled and has 3 bedrooms: there are two double rooms and on bedroom with an articulated bed and a sofa-bed for an extra person. All rooms have TV and DVD. The apartment has a toilet and a bathroom with a rain effect shower, where you will be able to relax after a day full of activities. The living-dining room has big windows that will allow you to enjoy the sea views. There is a mini-bar as well! The kitchen is very well equipped and the induction cooker is very useful. However, the favourite place of our guests is the balcony, where you can have breakfast. The best way to start your day! The apartment is perfectly located. In 10 minutes walk you can get to the beach (Les Marines), and in 5 minutes you will reach the town centre for any shopping you need. Just by the apartment there is a promenade full of bars and restaurants, so you can discover our gastronomy! We as well recommend visiting Denia castle, where you will have fantastic views to the sea and the town. Don't miss it! NOTE: We donât accept groups of people under 25 years old. We need copies of the passports of all guests to accept the booking.
