This is a wonderful apartment in playa de Les Marines, in Denia, a few meters from the sea. It has 67 m2 and capacity for 6 people. There are two bedrooms with closet (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a double sofa-bed in the living room. There is a full bathroom. The independent kitchen has everything you may need to cook your favourite dishes. In the laundry room there are washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the living-dining room you will be able to organize a meal with your friends and family, have a nap on the comfy sofa or watch TV. In this room there is an AC (warm/cold) device that will condition the whole apartment. From the living you will have access to the furnished balcony with views to the pool and the communal gardens. There are sun lounges and sun umbrellas available for free. You will have access to the communal pool (200 m2). There is also kidsâ pool and garden with lawn area and fruit trees, where you can stroll and relax. You will have a place to park your car! The area of Las Marinas is a residential area of Denia with awesome sandy beaches and many facilities and services around: supermarket, bars, restaurants and a lot more! Denia has a great leisure offer: shopping areas, cultural activities, sports, local celebrations or its castle from the twelfth century. NOTE: We donât accept groups of people under 22 years old. We need copies of the passports of all guests to accept the booking. Pets of maximum 5 kg are allowed, please ask!
