Welcome to this cosy apartment, with 65 m2 and capacity for 2 people plus two additional persons, located in this small cove in Calp, Alacant. The apartment has an only bedroom fitted with twin beds and a bathroom. You can feel the peace and tranquillity in every corner of the house. You can relax in the light-filled living room, where there is a very comfortable sofa bed, while watching TV. The dining area, in the same space, has a table and seats so that you can get together and enjoy meals. The open kitchen is very well equipped with all the electric appliances and utensils you may need during your stay; blender, coffee maker, fruit squeezer, kettle, dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, cutlery, kitchen utensils and fridge with freezer. Obviously there is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The balcony is fitted with a table and seats to have meals outdoors admiring the views to the sea. There is a communal swimming pool with a special place for children. You can bring your pet with you too. There is parking space on the street. Calp is one of the most beautiful areas because it counts with several small coves where you can peacefully sunbathe. The apartment is located in a calm area which is only 5 minutes far away from the city centre, where you can reach all the facilities needed. If you like hiking do not miss Peñón de Ifach. If you better like water sports take the chance of practising kite surf, sailing, kayaking or many other sports. NOTE: We do not accept groups of people under 26 years old (it is only possible when travelling with parents). We do need a copy of every guestâs passport in order to confirm the booking.
