Over Villa Caricuao

The completely renovated upscale holiday home Caricuao is situated between orchards on the outskirts of Palma de Mallorca. No expense has been spared during the renovation in order to set up this cosy and high quality home what you can instantly see when you enter the house. So a perfect home for a wonderful family holiday has been created. Because of its location between trees and orchards, you will hardly meet any neighbors here. Upon your arrival, you'll notice immediately that you have come to a wonderful peaceful place. On the ground floor there are an open living / dining area, a spacious gourmet kitchen, a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with toilet and shower. Upstairs you'll find another three elegantly furnished bedrooms. Two of them have twin beds and share a bathroom with Jacuzzi. The third bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom. On this floor, you will also find a large roof terrace with a magnificent view. But of course, in Mallorca life primarily happens outside and in your garden with a private swimming pool you will surely enjoy the outdoor life. The pool is located directly on the large terrace at the house that is equipped with a cosy lounge area and a beautiful dining table. Whether you're sunbathing, sit and relax on the terrace or want to play with the kids ... you are never far apart from each other. The house Caricuao has been set up for 8 persons, but an additional bed can be added, and there are also two cots available.
