Very spacious villa in the hills of San Carlos. Villa Blanca is suitable for 10 people and has a private swimming pool, 5000 square meters of land with sunset views over the hills, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, many terraces, 2 living rooms and has air conditioning. This stunning villa is traditionally furbished and set over three levels with several terraces and lounge areas. This is a perfect villa for families. On the ground floor there are living rooms with large sofa´s, air conditioning, TV and WiFi. There is one bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen is a fully equiped wooden kitchen with granita surfaces. The doors open to a large outside dining area which is surrounded by colorful red geraniums. On the firs floor there are three bedrooms. One with double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. One bedroom with a twin bed, and one bedroom with three single beds. The second bathroom is a large family bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. All bedrooms on the first floor have their own private terraces with beautiful views over the area and of course they are air conditioned. Outside the house there is a separate guest house with a private entrance, an ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and vans. The pool area can be reached through stairs and here you will find plenty of comfortable lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, a nice shady dining area and a BBQ. This area is completely private and no other properties overlook the area. The villa is situated on walking distance of the cosy little town San Carlos, in the north east of the island. Here you will find plenty of restaurants and a small supermarket. For bigger shopping you can go to Santa Eularia which is less then 10 minutes by car. The area is known as one of the friendliest of the island and close to the house there a plenty of beaches (child friendly!) to enjoy your nice sunny day.
