Villa Casa Campello is situated in El Campello, between the beautiful city of Alicante and Villajoyosa at the Costa Blanca. The villa was built in 2007. There are 5 bedrooms including 1 on the first floor with bathroom en-suite and private terrace. 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom are on the ground floor. One of them gives direct access to the terrace/pool area. Downstairs is another bedroom with a bunk bed and 2 extra beds and sofas , TV, DVD, CD player, bathroom with shower and a laundry room (washer, dryer and ironing ) Upon entering the villa is a spacious living / dining area with a flat screen TV with TDT/SAT receiver for Spanish, French and other FTA channels, iPod docking station , DVD and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with an American fridge freezer ( including ice machine ) , Nespresso machine, dishwasher and filtered drinking water . Microwave, oven, etc are also available. The spacious living room with direct access to the terrace with private pool 8 x 4 m ( Optional pool heating ) has loungers for sunbathing and relaxing. A barbecue is also available.
