Welcome! This modern, Mediterranean chalet offers you the comfort of a home that will make your holidays an unforgettable experience. With a size of 110 m2, it is ideal for familiessmall groups of friends who want to spend their holidays close to the beach. There are 3 bedrooms in total, one with 2 single beds and 2 with double beds, all of them have enough space for a cot. The house has no air conditioning, but we are pleased to supply fans for the bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms, one with bath tub and the second one with a toilet and a wash basin. The chalet consists of 2 floors; ground floor and first floor. A spacious terrace surrounds the house and offers you many corners to relax. Step outside, have a barbecue with friendsjust bask in the sun on one of the 5 sun loungers. There are 2 different barbecues: a fix and a mobile one. Pass your free time on the cozy sofa in the tastefully decorated living room reading a good book, watching TV (satellite)taking a nap. The independent kitchen makes cooking really enjoyable and offers you everything you will need for preparing your feasts. It is equipped with a toaster, microwave, coffee machine, electric oven, gas stove and a fridge. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. There is no private parking, but you could park for free in close to the house on the side roads. Playa de Muro is a long sandy beach area with fine grained sand and moderate swell. The zone consists of different natural areas without hotelsrestaurants and others which offer facilities like restaurants, toilets and bars. The chalet is located in a natural part, no big hotels, just sand and the sea! The next town, Can Picafort, offers supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops and leisure activities. This house offers a home away from home, with a Mediterranean flair in one of the nicest and most peaceful zones of Mallorca.
