Over Villa Karolina,

Villa Karolina are in fact two old terraced Istrian houses, which were completely renovated in the year 2008 and furnished with rustical and attractive furniture. The house is an ideal facility for two or three families with children who like a higher level of comfort in the idyllic rural surroundings, on the other hand, they are not more than 10 minutes from the beach and the city center. Located in a peacfull area on the edge of the village, the house has an enclosed garden of 700 m2 with private pool of 32 m2, barbecue and a covered terrace with table and wooden benches. The owner of the house does not live on the property. Renovated stone house for 10 persons with total living area of 200 m2. The house consists of two separate air-conditioned accommodation units on two floors. Each of the units on the first floor has a living area with kitchen, dining table, sitting set and a separate toilet, while on the second floor (top floor) has two bedrooms, one double with a terrace overlooking the pool and the one tripple bedrom, shower/toilet. On the ground floor at guests disposal is air-conditioned tavern with a large open fireplace for barbecuing, equipped kitchen, large dining table for 10 people and a separate toilet.
