This apartment is located in a house situated on the outskirts of Tuoro sul Trasimeno. The house consists of three floors and has been divided into several newly-built apartments. As you enter through the large door you come to a marble staircase which leads you to each floor, where you will find three doors, one for each apartment. There is a large, spacious garden (at least 40 meters wide by 60 meters long) which contains trees and plants. Here you will find, hidden behind the bushes and shrubs, a beautiful swimming pool of 14m x 7m. There is a driveway for cars on the side of the house which provides access to an underground parking garage. Each apartment has a wide terrace with two hammocks, a lounger and a parasol. The owner has a large vegetable garden which can be enjoyed by the guests. In the basement you will find a washing machine for common use.
