This authentic 16th century farmhouse, situated on the gentle hills of central Umbria, near Spoleto, has just been renovated. It occupies 3 floors (ground, first and second floor) and has a total area of 600 sqm.
The farm offers a special and impressive panoramic view. Thanks to its elevated position, on top of a hill, you have a 360 degree view of the surrounding landscape which consists of cultivated areas with cereals and forage crops, vineyards and olive groves. The complex offers 4 fully-furnished apartments and 2 cozy rooms with private facilities. The swimming pool of the farm, adjacent to the children's playground, is ideal for guests who are looking for some respite from the summer heat. In summer it's a great place to relax in the shade of the numerous trees and plants. The cozy restaurant of the farmhouse offers typical dishes of local cuisine. From morning breakfast, with homemade jams and cakes, to lunch and dinner, the restaurant is available for guests of the farm and for lovers of the typical cuisine of the Spoleto area. The farm is also active in the circuit of educational farms. Its location is well suited for outdoor activities such as picking fruits and wild herbs and offers the possibility for long walks among nature and to get acquainted with the animals of the farm. The farm also offers courses aimed at educating people about the different cultivation / transformation processes of turning wheat into bread, olive into oil and grapes into wine. You can also experience with your own hands how to make bread.
