Over La Stalla

This apartment is part of a beautiful country house situated on a hill 8 km from Lake Trasimeno, in the heart of Umbria. The house offers several comfortable rooms and is surrounded by 20 hectares of parks, gardens and orchards - even a grain barn. The landscape changes colors, depending on the season. Guests of this apartment, together with the adjoining property, can use the beautifully designed swimming pools. One of the pools is equipped with a whirlpool. The swimming pools can also be used at night (if this does not disturb the other guests). From the terrace you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Umbrian landscape with Lake Trasimeno in the background. For the guests there is a wellness center, equipped with a whirlpool for 6 persons, a sauna, shower and toilet. Very suitable for cold winter evenings! There is also a playground, Jeu de Boules court and a small football pitch. In the area there is also a parking lot. On-site facilities include a laundry and you also have the possibility to rent mountain bikes. Every weekend the landlord organizes, together with his family, a tour of the farm where you have the opportunity to sample the house wine along with a delicious appetizer.
