Over La Cantina

This apartment is located in a beautiful country house. The house is situated on a hill, 8 km from Lake Trasimeno, in the heart of Umbria. The house has several comfortable rooms and is surrounded by 20 hectares of parks, gardens, orchards and even a grain barn. The landscape changes colors depending on the season. Guests of this apartment, together with the adjoining property, can use the beautifully designed swimming pools. One of the pools is equipped with a whirlpool. The swimming pools can also be used at night (if this does not disturb the other guests). From the terrace you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Umbrian landscape, with Lake Trasimeno in the background. For the guests there is a wellness center equipped with a whirlpool for 6 persons, a sauna, shower and toilet. Very suitable for cold winter evenings! There is also a playground, Jeu de Boules court and a small football pitch. In the area there is also a parking lot. On-site facilities also include a laundry and the possibility to rent mountain bikes. Every weekend the landlord organizes, together with his family, a tour of the farm, where you have the opportunity to sample the house wine along with a delicious appetizer.
