This apartment is located in a beautiful rural house set on a hill, just 8 km from Lake Trasomeno, in the heart of Umbria. The house consists of several comfortable apartments situated in the midst of a 20-hectare green area. In the garden there is an orchard and a grain barn, which add color to the landscape depending on the season. Guests of the house have access to some nice swimming pools, one of which is equipped with a Jacuzzi. The swimming pools can be used at night, providing guests do not become too disruptive for other tenants. From the terrace you can enjoy an excellent view of the Umbrian landscape with Lake Trasimeno in the background. Guests also have the possibility to use the wellness center equipped with a 6-person whirlpool, sauna, shower and toilet. This is perfect for cold winter evenings! There is also a playground, Jeu de Boules court and a small football pitch. In the area there is a separate parking lot. Other facilities include a laundry and you also have the possibility to rent mountain bikes. Every week the landlord and his family organize a tour of the estate where you have the opportunity to taste in-house wines accompanied by delicious appetizers.
