This apartment is located in a rural country house dating from the 13th century. The house has been divided into five luxurious apartments. From the country house, which lies 600m above sea level, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Umbrian and Tuscan hills. Guests of the country house can use the beautifully laid out swimming pool complete with sun beds and sunshades. Other facilities include a tennis court, jeux-de-boules, beach volley ball and a large garden which is provided with furniture and a barbecue. Bikes can also be hired. The estate around the country house comprises 30 hectares and even has a training circuit for running enthusiasts.
