This holiday house lies on a hill near Gubbio, one of the finest medieval towns in Umbria. The country house complex has been fully restored and divided into 15 comfortable apartments plus a splendid villa dating from 1700 which contains comfortable suites. The Villa, along with the church of San Michele, forms the background of a typical square, in the heart of the complex. Everywhere on the estate youâll find areas where you can relax and spend your holiday in peace and quiet. The olive trees and Mediterranean flora around the complex help make this place unique.
Facilities of the complex include a large pool (25x8) with whirlpool and children's section. From here you can enjoy a great view of the surroundings. Loungers and parasols are situated around the swimming pool and sun terrace (solarium). For sports enthusiasts there is a tennis / soccer court. You can also rent mountain bikes. There is a nice playground for the younger guests. An outdoor reading area offers the opportunity to relax, and for those who do not want to stay disconnected from the outside world, there is WiFi coverage. The complex has a laundry facility and ample parking. The complex also has its own bar and restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast and / or lunch / dinner for a fair price (reservations required). The kitchen serves traditional Umbrian cuisine of their own creation accompanied by a selection of quality wines.
