This lovely historical villa is situated in a panoramic position above the town of Arezzo, and is settled in a beautifull garden planted of olive trees. We visited the house for you: the view is really breathtaking and the atmosphere is ideal! The first accounts of the place, called Capodimonte, date back to the Longobard at the beginning of the 7th century, and centuries later Leonardo Da Vinci mentions the place in his famous maps. Interior This villa is actually composed of four independent apartments, which can communicate or remain independent, depending on the guests whishes. Each apartment is composed of a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a latex mattress. Airconditioning in the bedrooms. Composition of the house: Apartment Ermenengarda is on the ground floor. Appartment matilde is on the first floor. The other two apartments, Mainardo and Signorello, have the living room with kitchenette on the ground floor and the bedroom and the bathroom on the first floor. Three apartments -Ermenengarda - Mainardo - Signorello- have a veranda where a table and a barbecue are placed. The veranda offers a stunning view of the town of Arezzo and the countryside...! Exterior: This lovely villa lays on the top of a hill and offers a magnificent view on the valley and Arezzo. The surface of the garden is 10.000 m2. Furthermore there is a 40.000 m2 olive grove! Beautiful 16x8 meters private swimming pool and jacuzzi.
