The residence is located in Sardinia, one of the best places in the Mediterranean. It is a tourist complex consisting of four buildings overlooking the white and sandy beaches of the island. The location offers a view of the gulf of the Catalan city. Strolling along the seafront, guests can enjoy the crowded and colorful marina and reach the old city town, rich in monuments, shops, restaurants and other tempting touristic offers and services.
The building is located in front of the white beaches of the lido at Alghero. The building has two floors and includes 46 fully furnished apartments. There are two different types of apartments, for 6 and 8 people, all equipped with heating / air conditioning (extra charge), safe and satellite TV. At guest's disposal: laundromat and drier.
Close to Reception, there is an in-house restaurant/pizzeria (Les Arenas), as well as an ice-cream parlour/bar. 
The residence has a private car park (on request / extra charge) and a swimming pool with children's section, at guest's disposal. The swimming pool is open from 01/04/2015 to 31/10/2015. 
The nearest city, Alghero, famous tourist destination known for its beautiful Riviera del Corallo with white beaches and crystal clear sea, is located about 1500 m away and is served by a bus every 30 minutes.
