The Residence is located in Pietra Ligure along the Riviera delle Palme. The property is situated in a scenic and quiet location, at approx 300 meters from the sea. The spacious apartments have a terrace or balcony with sea view, and can accommodate from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 6 people. They are located into four buildings surrounded by olive groves and fruit trees that overlook a large swimming pool available to guests from mid-May to mid-September. The hotel offers its guests also tennis courts, parking, children's playground, restaurant, bar, children swimming pool, laundry, table tennis, secure parking for bicycles, free wi-fi.
