At just 150 meters from the beach, the three bedroom apartment with a terrace is located on the third floor (no elevator). Within a walking distance you will find the historic center of Levanto and the boulevard. Levanto has a very lively center. There are many beautifully painted houses, a nice Wednesday market and a wide choice of restaurants, cafes and shops. There is a pool and a diving center on the beach. It is possible to rent boats, pedalos, canoes and surfboards. Levanto is a great choice especially for surfers. In good surfing weather, surfers come from all over Europe to show off their talents here, it's just spectacular! A good time to visit Levanto is the second half of July. The beautiful weather ensures a cozy and bustling atmosphere, and the Feast of San Giacomo (23-24-25 July) is great, with its medieval scenes, a thrilling ride in the dark with torches through the city, and fireworks on the beach, a fair and music events.
