This beautiful, newly-built holiday complex is located on the northeastern coast of Lake Lugano, near the town of Porlezza. Porlezza lies 12 km away, on Lake Como, which is accessible via the mountain pass of Menaggio, on the scenic route to the Swiss city of Lugano.
The Villas are 200 meters far from the lake and they are divided into four different types of apartments, with garden or balcony.
Facilities of the holiday park include a welcome reception area, internet, elevator (in Palazzo), Wi-Fi access for a small fee, a stylish Italian restaurant, cosmopolitan bar, boutique and jewelry shop, hairdresser, laundry, linen rental and an Italian restaurant and outdoor cafe with a magnificent view of the lake. The park also has several nice bike paths, a children's park and a mini-golf course. In front of the Palazzo there is a parking lot.
