This beautiful, newly-built holiday complex is located on the northeastern coast of Lake Lugano, near the town of Porlezza. Porlezza lies 12 km away, on Lake Como, which is accessible via the mountain pass of Menaggio, on the scenic route to the Swiss city of Lugano.
The Palazzo is 15 meters far from the lake and includes 56 comfortable apartments on three floors. It has two elevators and air - conditioning.
Facilities of the holiday park include a welcome reception area, internet, elevator (in Palazzo), Wi-Fi access for a small fee, a stylish Italian restaurant, cosmopolitan bar, boutique and jewelry shop, hairdresser, laundry, linen rental and an Italian restaurant and outdoor cafe with a magnificent view of the lake.
