Over Villa Rita

This detached villa is uniquely situated directly on the beach of Lake Como, in Domaso. The villa consists of two floors and is surrounded by a large fenced garden. Within the garden there is a BBQ and outdoor furniture. From the garden you can walk directly to the beach. Guests have access to the facilities of a neighboring holiday park which include: a large swimming pool (16x8) with kids pool and whirlpool, a fenced playground, volleyball field, garage, laundry with washing machine, a cozy restaurant with pizzeria, a disco/pub, mini-market, tennis court and a table tennis table (outdoor). The nearby beach is accessible via a private path or by walking through a small neighboring campsite. The beach consists partly of sand, partly of grass. This part of the lake is ideal for children because the water only gets deep gradually. Guests can use the shower, toilets and dressing rooms of the beach. There is also a storage box for surfing equipment and a mooring area for boats.
