This detached villa is uniquely situated directly on the beach of Lake Como, in Domaso. The villa consists of two floors (two accommodations) and is surrounded by a large fenced garden. Within the garden there is a BBQ and outdoor furniture. From the garden you can walk straight to the beach. Guests of this house have access to the facilities of the neighboring holiday park which includes a big swimming pool (16x8) with kids pool and a whirlpool. There is also a fenced playground, volleyball field, garage and a laundry with washing machine. Nearby there is a good restaurant with pizzeria, disco/pub, mini-market, tennis court and table tennis table (outdoor). The beach is accessible via a private path or by walking through a small campsite nearby. The beach consists partly of sand and partly of grass. This is an ideal part of the lake for children because the water only gradually becomes deeper. Guests can use the showers, toilets and dressing rooms of the beach. There is a storage box for surfing equipment and a mooring area for boats.
