This accommodation is part of a recently renovated villa situated on the southeastern coast of the island of Sicily. The villa has been divided into 6 modern apartments spread over two floors. From the villa you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Ionic Sea. There are several lemon trees on the property and, typical of the Sicilian landscape, tropical plants surround the villa. Each apartment has a private terrace with garden furniture. For an additional fee, guests can use the beautifully designed swimming pool, open tennis courts, and chaise lounges and parasol at a small private beach (belongs to the neighboring hotel complex). At a distance of approx. 200 meters there is also a small public shingle (pebble) beach. A private parking lot is available. This apartment can be rented upon request at any time.
