Outside, the villa is surrounded by 10 hectares of land, a large part of which is covered with 1,500 olive trees. Guests staying at Villa Casalguidi have the use of a beautiful, well looked after garden along with the private pool, which has a panoramic view. The first floor of the villa is occasionally occupied by the owners, however when they are present they do not use the garden or the pool, these always remain for the private use of guests only. This property has a great location with many of Tuscany's important cities of art within easy reach for guests (Florence, Montecatini, Pistoia, Pisa, Lucca and Collodi, where there is a park dedicated to the famous Pinocchio). Access to the property is via a stretch of dirt road, which is in good condition.
