The 18th century farmhouse situated atop a hill is surrounded by flowered fields and woods. The 15-hectare site is completely enclosed and has a large remote controlled gate (you will receive a remote upon arrival). Due to the altitude of the property each villa has a wonderful view. Guests of Caldaruccio can enjoy the luxury of the estate and the silence of the surroundings - all the necessary ingredients for an unforgettable holiday. You can swim or relax in the sun or in the big hammock in the garden, barbecue or go hiking, biking or ... do nothing! For dinner or an aperitif you can visit restaurants in nearby villages like Ramazzano (only 700 meters from the estate). This village also has a supermarket and a bakery. From the estate you can choose from a number of paths that lead you through the unique countryside and hills as well as through the woods of Umbria.
