Kenmare is central for touring the ring of Kerry and Ring of Beara and its abounds with archeological and historical sites. You can also visit the Derreen Garden with its lush sub tropical vegetation and the famous Healy Pass through rugged mountains with breathtaking views. Kenmare has been voted one of the top ten best destinations in the world. For those interested there are two golf courses in Kenmare.
