Forelands is a spacious corner house in a quiet housing estate, located just outside Kenmare. This holiday home is beautifully decorated and furnished. Forelands has a wonderful living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. All is open plan. At the back of the house are a little patio and a lawn with garden furniture. Interior There are three bedrooms upstairs, two of which are double bedrooms (one en suite) and one twin room (two single beds). The sitting area in the living room can be used as a double bedroom thanks to the folding bed. The beds are provided with outstanding bed linen. Environment Kenmare is a bustling historical town with plenty shops, pubs, and first class restaurants for music, dancing and dining. From Kenmare it's possible to tour the Ring of Kerry, a 175 kilometre drive with breathtaking scenery, and the Ring of Beara, a lesser known drive with archaeological and historical sites, with the lush subtropical vegetation of Derreen Garden and the famous Healy Pass, taking you to the South coast of the Beara Peninsula. Only 30 km away from holiday home Forelands is Killarney National Park, with 10.000 ha of woodland and his magical mountains. Only 15 minutes away is the Sailing and Adventure centre (R571), the place for sailing, boat and fishing trips, sea angling, canoeing, kayaking and more. Just before you arrive here, on your left, you are passing the Sailor's Bar, a traditional Irish pub where they serve a beautifull dinner as well. Golf enthusiasts: there are two golf courses in Kenmare and for those like hiking there are five exhilarating hikes on the Wild Atlantic Way, enjoy here the beauty too.
