Gorse Hill Manor is an inviting luxury spacious house, located in a beautiful unspoiled environment, the views down from the house and out over the lake are stunning. Interior The house is provided with large front and back hall and landing area upstairs, is tastefully decorated and furnished to high standards. There is a comfy sitting room with fireplace from where you can also admire the stunning views of the lake and surrounding countryside. The spacious luxury open kitchen with dining area is fully equipped and there are three spacious en-suite bedrooms, the master bedroom has a Jacuzzi bath. There is a separate game room with full size pool table, table tennis table, dart board and children's football table game. The sun room in the house is the perfect room to sit back and relax. Environment The garden area is large and has flowers/shrubs, a lawn area and a large sun terrace. A long nature trail leads down to the lake where you can enjoy several water sports e.g. swimming, water skiing, fishing (fishing lakes in the immediate area Lough Gara and Lough Arrow) sailing etc. or just to enjoy the tranquillity. The grounds are private and so the jetty there is all yours. This area is also great for horse riding, cycling and bird watching and for those interested there is an 18 holes golf course. The ideal area for walking in the countryside with the Suck Valley Walk and Lough Key Forest Park to enjoy its beauty. There are local Farmers markets held weekly in the nearby towns selling local products, such as organic fruit, vegetables and herbs, cheeses and much more.
