Wonderful family home situated in a green residential area on the edge of Katwijk aan Zee. The house itself as well as the direct surroundings are very suited for children. The dunes are just a few hundred metres away, beach and sea less than a kilometre. House De Bron (The Source) lies in a child friendly and green residential area on the edge of Katwijk. On the ground floor is a very spacious livingroom with a comfortable sitteng area, a cosy wooden dining table for eight and a separate corner with a computer and a piano. The modern half open kitchen is equipped with all appliances, among which a bread baking machine - fresh bread guaranteed! On the first floor are four bedrooms - two of them with a single bed and two rooms with a double bed. The bathroom on this floor has a bath with shower facility. The master bedroom is on the second floor and has its own bathroom with luxurious shower. Here is also a room for the washing machine and dryer. You can reach the garage from inside the house. The freezer is here, but also the bicycles that the owner puts at your disposal. The sunny and shelterd back garden has a permanent barbecue and a large terrace, but there's a second terrace in front of the house too. Right behind the house is a playing facility for children, opposite the house is a park with a basketball field and slightly further away a football pitch. Through this green area you can easily reach the dunes and the beach on foot or by bike. Shops are not far away either. Katwijk is a fisherman's town ánd a beach resort, so both the centre and the seafront are worth your while, as is the nearby aerospace exhibition Space Expo.
