The holiday house is situated in a quiet area and offers a splendid view. The big garden directly adjoins to the park and offers children enough space to play. The marina is nearby. You can hire sailboats here and there is a playground. Shopping can be done in the supermarket; it is only a some minutes walk away and opened all summer season. Via the hall of the house you get into the cosy living room with an open modern kitchen. Behind the living room the 3 bedrooms are situated. In the hall there is also a guest bathroom and a separate toilet. In short, a nice holiday house where you can wonderfully find recreation and because of its extraordinary site can also devote actively to aquatics.
