At the village square in Koudekerke lies this nice holiday house, destined for six persons. It is a cosy, quiet little place with a bakery, a bicycle hirer and around the corner is also a supermarket. By bike, you are at the beach in a quarter of an hour and by car in ten minutes in the centre of Middelburg or Vlissingen. In winter 2010-2011 the house is completly renovated. The house a closed garden, where children can play fine.Via the garden you directly walk into the backroom, there is a dining corner and also the open kitchen which is equipped with all modern facilities. The front room has a cosy lounge with view on the village square. The modern bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet is downstairs. On the first floor under the slope roof are three bedrooms.
