Over The Lake House,

This traditional detached house is situated close to the water. The back garden leads down to the dyke and you can go down a couple of steps into the clean water and have a swim. The owners have left some bikes for you to enjoy the beautiful countryside around here. There are two patios in the back garden - good places to sit considering there is always a bit of a breeze near the water. There are 5 brown chickens in a separate part of the garden and if you take care of them you'll get 5 eggs every day. There is a road at the front of the house which you need to cross to get to the lawn and the front garden. There is also a waterway here (Uitdammerdie) and a lovely patio. This is a fantastic place to sit in the evenings to watch the sunset. There is also a rowing boat you can use. The sun shines at the back of the house in the morning, and the front of the house later on in the day. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a wood burning stove, dining area and a dining kitchen. There is a second living room on the first floor. The house has a warm and welcoming atmosphere due to the wood used for the interior. There is also a piano and a small kitchen on the first floor, together with two bedrooms and a bathroom.
