Over Polderhuis,

The Polderhuis lies in the middle of the polder, within half an hours cycle from the Callantsoog beach and twenty minutes cycle from the town of Schagen. This is a luxury holiday home behind a monumental “stolp” farmhouse. The Polderhuis was recently completely renovated. Through the furnishing of the holiday home a beautiful combination was created between the authentic and the modern; from the rustic old beams to the contemporary kitchen and bathroom. In the living room you will find the seating area with flat screen television and a DVD player, and the open-plan kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. On the ground floor of the Polderhuis there is a trendy bathroom with a separate shower corner and a striking red bath tub. On the first floor you will find the two spacious bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds. Here too a large wooden beamed ceiling is a feature. The Polderhuis is located in a spacious farmyard, behind the farm of the owners. Children can play to their hearts content on the climbing frame and the swing. With beautiful weather you can take a refreshing dive in the owners' swimming pool. A holiday in the Polderhuis is a wonderful experience for everybody.
