The Van Herwijnenhuis lies a stone´s throw away from the beach of Bergen aan Zee. You can enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner at one of the trendy beach pavilions. By bicycle you can reach the artists' village of Bergen within fifteen minutes. Nearby towns such as Alkmaar and Schagen are certainly also worth a visit. The Van Herwijnenhuis is a spacious split-level house. This holiday home takes its name from the beautiful paintings in the house. From the entrance you go up a few steps and walk straight into the spacious living room with open fireplace. A few more steps up you gain access to the welcoming kitchen diner. Up another floor are the two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower corner. The third bedroom is in the basement. The access to this bedroom is low, and because of that we feel that this bedroom is more suitable for two children. Here you will also find some fitness equipment which you may use. The Van Herwijnenhuis comes with both a large balcony and a sheltered garden which provides you with plenty of privacy.
