The unique 't Wallerhuis holiday home is situated on a country estate of 250 hectares on the North side of the Veluwe. The country estate is an oasis of peace and quiet and has an unusual wealth of fauna and flora. The silent beauty makes this into a true paradise for the nature lover. So don't be surprised, during a walk through the woodlands, if you suddenly find yourself eye to eye with a (red) deer. If you have a Golf proficiency Certificate, then as a resident of the 't Wallerhuis you can make use of the 'moorland golf course' free of charge; a unique experience in one of the few private golf courses in the Netherlands. 't Wallerhuis is a beautiful, spacious villa, located on the site of the former home of the Waller family's driver. Set on a generous plot, and surrounded by woods the house also has a sunny patio. The classically furnished ground floor includes a double living room, a study and a luxury fitted kitchen with an adjacent dining room. There is also a double bedroom with a private bathroom on the ground floor, making 't Wallerhuis ideal for families with grandparents. The first floor houses another six spacious, comfortably furnished bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bath) and a separate toilet. There is accommodation for four addition guests in the loft (by request). The basement of 't Wallerhuis has a large recreation room in, where children can play (there are plenty of toys) or watch television, as well as a billiard table here. Surrounding the villa are a sunny patio and a large lawn. Here, morning brings the dawn chorus of birds singing and you may even see a deer standing in your garden. You can sit back and relax with a glass of wine, while the children have a great time. Feel like doing something more active? Enjoy a game of tennis on the estate.
