If you are more of a beach lover, then you will certainly be able to enjoy yourself at the Ijsselmeer beach (approximately 1 km away). There is plenty of space for flying kites on the dike and cyclists can make some wonderful trips through the Gaasterland forests. This split level holiday home has been comfortably furnished for 6 people. The living room can be found on the first floor and sliding doors will take you out to the spacious covered balcony which offers fantastic views across the water. The property's ground floor consists of an entrance, kitchen, hall, toilet and bathroom. The three bedrooms are located in the basement. The marina park is located in the heart of the dynamic recreational area, which covers no less than three natural and culture rich provinces: Friesland, Flevoland and Overijssel. The water along which the holiday homes are located are openly connected to all these fantastic water sports areas. Don't you have your own boat? Then you can simply hire a sloop, tour or fishing boat via the park, which can be moored up at your holiday home. The park also boasts its own restaurant called 'De Eerste Aanleg', which is once again situated directly at the water's edge. This isn't just a great place for a delicious meal or refreshing drink in the pub, it's also the perfect solution for any forgotten shopping. We have several holiday homes on offer within this park. If this house is no longer available during the required period, or if you would like to rent several houses at the same time, then you also have the option of renting De Lemmer 13, 18, 20,42, 43 and 50. Even though precautions will be taken in order to cause as little invonvenience as possible, we would like to inform you that as of the 29th of August 2010 construction activies will take place at 2 plots (41 and 21).
