This spacious holiday farm lies in the centre of the village of Diever. The farm dates from 1889 and was completely renovated and adapted to modern day living in 2005. In this way, this holiday home, where you will stay in the 'voorhuis' (guest house), will provide you with every comfort and luxury. The Diever holiday home is suitable for a maximum of nine people and has a large living room with a view out over the village street. The living room on the ground floor has a spacious seating area which has, among other things, a wide-screen television. There is a DVD player and a radio/CD player, including a large collection of DVDs and CDs. The large kitchen with dining table and chairs is functionally furnished with all necessary equipment and an inventory. On entrance to the hallway of the Diever holiday home, next to the kitchen, there is a washing machine, a dishwasher, and an iron and an ironing board. On the ground floor there is also the bathroom with a large shower space and wash basin and a spacious double bedroom with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. On the first floor there are four bedrooms. Three of which have two single beds and a wash basin, and one of the bedrooms has a single bed. In addition, in the Diever holiday home there are two children's chairs and beds, and a playpen at your disposal. There is ample parking space available at the Diever holiday home. When the weather is nice you can enjoy the sunshine while relaxing on the garden furniture next to the house. You will stay in the 'voorhuis' which is next to the farm owner's home. Privacy is guaranteed because everyone has their own private access to the farm. The garden at the rear of the owner's house is not available for joint use. Diever is beautifully located on the south edge of the Drents-Friese Wold National Park. Beautifully laid out walking routes and many cycling paths lead you along heathlands, fishing spots, small marshes, sand-drifts, recreational lakes and other nice small villages. Moreover, you can find the Dwingelderveld National Park approximately ten kilometres from Diever.
