Modern Sea is an entirely new thatch-roofed beach house, situated on the beautiful island of Ameland. With the beach and the dunes within walking distance, this luxurious holiday home is an ideal location for beach lovers. The Modern Sea holiday home is characterised by a lot of luxury and a fantastic location in the village of Hollum. The beach house has a beautiful kitchen equipped with all modern conveniences. In the kitchen diner you can enjoy the welcoming (gas) fireplace and a panoramic view out to the fields. The kitchen diner has a welcoming large dining table, great to enjoy some wining and dining with the entire family or group. The living room is also furnished in a stylish way. Next to the living room you will find the conservatory, which can also be used as a bedroom (there is a sofa bed). The adjacent bathroom makes the whole complete. During your stay in the Modern Sea holiday home you will have a complete wellness space at your disposal, including an infrared sauna, a spacious walk-in shower and double washbasins. Via French doors, you gain access to the veranda with a jacuzzi, which can be used for an additional payment. On the first floor of Modern Sea are four bedrooms, each with a flat screen television and a private bathroom. There is also an authentic Ameland boxbed for the children. This holiday home comes with two spacious terraces, both with a lounge set for ten people. From your terrace you have a clear view out to the fields.
