The bungalow Frankenwald (Franconian Forest) is located at a few kilometres outside the village centre of Schwarzenbach, a small farmers' village in the Rodach Valley in the Fichtelgebirge nature park, situated between the vast forests of the beautiful Franconian Forest. In this area the 'wild' Rodach River winds in westerly direction towards the town of Kronach at 30 km from your holiday home. The Franconian Forest is a wonderful area for beautiful walks, hikes or bike rides through the countryside and here you can experience the Bavarian hospitality. You even dispose of four bikes and four children's bikes in the house and there are horses, chickens, a cow, pigs and rabbits to pet. Schwarzbach is located at the foot of the 800 m high Döbraberg Mountain where you will find the ski area Bergwiese in the winter, an ideal area for families and beginners, with three ski lifts and snow cannons. In the valley, various cross-country ski trails run through the romantic winter wonderland through the forests and past the villages. Your holiday home is located at about 100 metres from the forest on a south-facing hillside. The bungalow is accessed via a stone staircase with 35 steps. From the balcony and from the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surroundings. The second bedroom is accessed through the first bedroom. The bungalow Frankenwald is situated in a quiet location at 4 km outside Schwarzbach.
