The house has three bedrooms , one with twin beds 180x200, one with a four-poster bed 160x200, and one with twin beds 160x200 and a private bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing/dryingmachine. Second bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Living room with sitting area and patio doors to the terrace and pool. Kitchen with dining area. The garden is completely fenced. Pool 3,5 x7,5m. BBQ, two deckchairs and garden furniture. Parking for two cars on the property. The location is ideal: each morning you can get hour fresh croissants by foot. Shops, bakery, supermarket, everything is within reach between approximately 500m and 1km, as well as the "Voie Verte", a cyclepath of 22km between Caveirac and Sommières (cycling, walking, running, roller skating..). For mountain bikers, there are countless paths to explore in the immediate vicinity. The property is located just 7km from the historic center of the beautiful city of Nîmes and provides quick access to the most beautiful monuments of the region such as the imposing Roman Arena, the Jardins de la Fontaine, the Tour Magne, the Temple of Diane, La Maison Carree and the famous Pont du Gard.. The twice a year returning "Feria" (at Pentecost and in September after harvest) in Nimes are the celebrations that you should not miss!
