This fully air-conditioned luxury villa for 10 people is just 4 kilometers from the sandy beaches of Gassin and less than 10 kilometers from the beaches of Saint Tropez (Tahiti, Pamplonne, Cigaro) and La Croix Valmer on the Côte d'Azur. Your children can play in the garden and amuse the selves in the (fenced) pool or jacuzzi. The view on the hills of Gassin is, especially when the sun sets, a fairy tale. On the terraces you will find diner tables and a large barbecue while you can laze on a sunbed under a parasol. You enter Villa Paul into a bright hall with access to the spacious living room with open kitchen. There is a sitting area by the fireplace with sliding doors to the terrace. In the television corner hangs a large flat-screen TV with satellite. In the kitchen is a dining table for 12 people. There are five bedrooms, each with a double bed. All bedrooms have private battrons. Four bedrooms are located on the ground level and one at the first floor. One bedroom is a studio and only accessible from the outside. There is an infrared sauna which is very pleasant in the summer. Important information The swimming pool (13,5 x5, 5 meters) is fenced and provided with a water alarm.
